Thinking About Moving to Farragut? Start With These Neighborhoods
If you’re considering a move to Farragut Tennessee, you’re already looking in one of the most desirable areas in East Tennessee.
Farragut is known for its top-rated schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and incredible lifestyle—especially if you love being near the water, walking trails, and a strong sense of community.
But not all neighborhoods offer the same feel.
If you’re trying to narrow down where to start your search, here are a few communities I always tell my clients to look at first:
Jefferson Park
Jefferson Park is one of Farragut’s most special neighborhoods—especially if you want that lake lifestyle without sacrificing community.
What makes it stand out:
- Lakefront community with a private boat dock
- Lakeside pool, basketball court, and sidewalks
- Beautiful boulevards that are perfect for walking
And one of the biggest perks? You’re just minutes from Concord Park, where you’ll find:
- A public beach area
- Paddleboard, kayak, and boat rentals
- Walking trails and open green space
It’s such a fun, lifestyle-driven neighborhood—especially in the summer.
Montgomery Cove
Montgomery Cove offers a more established, private, and elevated feel.
This is another lakefront community, but with:
- Larger lots than Jefferson Park
- More custom, older homes with character
- A quieter, tucked-away setting
If you’re looking for something that feels a little more mature, spacious, and private, this is a beautiful option.
Bridgemore
Bridgemore is THE luxury Farragut neighborhood.
This is where you go if you want:
- High-end homes with incredible finishes
- A true neighborhood presence with amenities
- A polished, upscale feel throughout
Everything about Bridgemore feels intentional and elevated—it consistently sets the standard for luxury living in Farragut.
Fox Run
Fox Run is one of my favorite family-friendly neighborhoods in Farragut.
Here’s why:
- Larger lots with custom-style homes
- Mostly all-brick homes with great curb appeal
- Two pools, a clubhouse, and even a soccer field
It has such a strong community feel and is perfect for buyers looking for space, amenities, and a neighborhood where people really live and connect.
Fox Den
Fox Den is one of Farragut’s most iconic communities, centered around Fox Den Country Club.
This neighborhood is known for:
- Golf course living
- Larger, custom homes
- A long-standing reputation in Farragut
If you love the idea of country club living with timeless appeal, this is always a top contender.
Berkeley Park
Buyers love:
- More updated floorplans and finishes
- Low-maintenance living options
- Easy access to shopping, dining, and daily conveniences
It’s a great fit if you want something that feels clean, updated, and move-in ready.
My Take
Farragut is so desirable because it offers so many different lifestyle options within one area.
You can have:
- Lakefront living
- Golf course communities
- Luxury neighborhoods
- Family-focused communities with amenities
The key is finding the one that fits your lifestyle, not just your price point.
