The Summer Market Is Here – And It’s Heating Up! ☀️
What a month! May was truly wild in the best way. We were so fortunate to help TEN families and individuals close on their homes—buyers, sellers, and even some who bought and sold on the same day! It’s been a whirlwind, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing clients, friends, and supporters who continue to trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
From brand-new construction to a charming home built in the 1930s, every closing had its own unique story. We even helped one client sell their current home and purchase their dream home all within 24 hours—which is no small feat in this market!
But beyond the contracts and the keys, what made May so special were the relationships. We’ve made so many new connections, strengthened long-time ones, and been reminded (again and again) how lucky we are to be part of these moments with you.
