Parade of Homes Knoxville 2025: A Must-See Event for Home Lovers

One of my absolute favorite weekends every year is almost here—the Parade of Homes Knoxville 2025! If you love getting new home ideas, exploring different styles, or just seeing what’s possible in today’s market, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

What is the Parade of Homes?

The Parade of Homes is a showcase of some of the newest and most beautifully built homes in Knoxville and the surrounding counties. Each home is open for touring, and the builders—or their representatives—are right there to answer questions about design, floorplans, finishes, and the building process.

It’s not just about walking through pretty homes—it’s about discovering new ideas, seeing firsthand what today’s buyers are loving, and getting inspired whether you’re looking to buy, build, or simply refresh your own space.

📅 Dates: October 10–12, October 17–19, and October 24–26
🕛 Hours: Noon – 5:00 p.m. each day
💲 Admission: Free to the public

A few things to note:

• Homes will be spread throughout different subdivisions across the area

• You’ll see a variety of price ranges, from entry-level to luxury builds

• Some homes may be fully decorated, giving you even more design inspiration

• Parade of Homes magazines will be available at most ORNL Federal Credit Union and Tindell’s locations during business hours, as well as at each Parade home during open hours

Why I Love It

The Parade of Homes is one of my favorite traditions because it combines two things I love most: real estate and design. Walking through these homes always gives me fresh ideas to share with clients, whether it’s a unique floorplan, clever storage solution, or the latest design trends.

It’s also a wonderful opportunity to see the talent of Knoxville’s builders and the variety our housing market has to offer—from cozy starter homes to custom dream homes.
