I’m still soaking it all in… Receiving the Diamond Award from Realty Executives Knoxville was such a surreal and humbling moment. Out of over 1,200 agents in our brokerage, I ranked among the Top 50 – and in a year like 2024, that feels extra special.
This market hasn’t been easy. Only about 20% of licensed realtors even sold a home last year. Let that sink in. It was a tough one, but we pushed through, adapted, hustled, and stayed grounded in what matters most – the people.
And that’s where I get emotional. This award isn’t just mine. It belongs to my family, friends, my amazing husband, and every single client who trusted me, referred me, cheered me on, and reminded me why I do what I do. You all know who you are – you’re not just clients, you have become friends. And you have helped me grow a business built on relationships, not transactions. For that, I am beyond grateful.
The awards night itself was unforgettable. It was held at The Press Room – one of my favorite Knoxville venues. There was amazing food, a live band that had everyone on their feet, dancing, laughing, and celebrating the wins big and small. We all work so hard, and getting a chance to pause and just enjoy the moment together was such a gift.
And it wasn’t just a night about individual success – our Realty Executives Knoxville family ranked #35 brokerage in the ENTIRE country. That’s wild! I’m surrounded every day by the best of the best. I’ve grown so much by learning from the talented agents around me, and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this powerhouse team.
2024 has had its challenges, but it also brought moments like these – full of gratitude, growth, and a whole lot of heart. Thank you for being on this journey with me. Here's to whatever comes next – we’re just getting started.
