Karli also holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)® for selling a great amount of luxury homes in the Knoxville area. Institute members specialize in the luxury home market, undergoing extensive training to achieve the skills and knowledge required to work with upper-tier clients. 

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and real estate partner, Carter, boating on the beautiful lakes of East Tennessee, visiting her alma mater The University of Tennessee, and is an avid traveler. Additionally, she is an active contributor to many charitable organizations including The Parkinson's Foundation.
